Istanbul, historically known as Byzantium and later Constantinople, is the largest city in Turkey and a major cultural and economic hub. The city uniquely spans two continents, Europe and Asia, divided by the Bosphorus Strait. I spent several days exploring its historic mosques, markets, and palaces, including the Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, the Galata Tower, and St. Anthony Catholic Church.
